NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 22, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA005185AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF LYNN SIUDAK A/K/A LYNN ANN SIUDAK A/K/A LYNN ANNE SIUDAK A/K/A LYNN A. SIUDAK A/K/A LYNN A. SIUFAK A/K/A LYNN A. SIUTAK, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 807, Phase 8, Vizcaya, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 1081, Page 3614, and amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Book 16, Page 51, as amended in Condominium Book 21, page 47, and Condominium Book 21, Page 155, as amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
