NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case that I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 52, Bayou Estates South, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 108, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash: Manatee County at 11:00 a.m. on August 4, 2015 VIA THE INTERNET: www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Final payment must be made on or before 9:00 a.m. on the day after the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
