NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 29, 2015 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, that the office of R.B. “Chips” Shore, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 143D, THE LAKES, III, as per the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1119, Page 520, and all amendments thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 18, Pages 177 through 179, and all amendments thereto, including amendment recorded in Condominium Book 20, Page 42, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with Carport No. 26.
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash: Manatee County at 11:00 a.m. on July 24, 2015 VIA THE INTERNET: www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Final payment must be made on or before 9:00 a.m. on the day after the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
