NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2014CA005941AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and TINA L. BAKER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block H, of Florida Avenue Park, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 8, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
