LOT 29, LESS THE EAST 35.0 FEET; LOT 30; AND THE EAST 25.0 FEET OF LOT 31, BLOCK 4, SEMINOLE PARK, SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 107, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
