NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-005516 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE OF THE LEHMAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-1 TRUST FUND, is Plaintiff and ANNIE JUNE MERRITT, et al., are Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 7th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15 AND THE SOUTH 0.34 FEET OF LOT 16, BLOCK 1, HILL PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
