Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on March 25, 2015, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on June 15, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of R.B. “Chips” Shore, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 6, BLOCK D, NORTH ORANGE ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 96 THROUGH 99, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on July 30, 2015 beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
