UNIT 101, TOGETHER WITH LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT DOC/SLIP # 20, HARBOUR VILLA CLUB AT THE BUCCANEER, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1117, PAGE 2829, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 18, PAGE 161, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 615 DREAM ISLAND RD # 101, LONGBOAT KEY, FL 34228; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on August 4, 2015 at 11:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
