NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA004329 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which HMC Assets, LLC solely in its capacity as separate trustee of CAM X Trust, is the Plaintiff and Capital One Bank (USA), N.A., Kathleen Toombs a/k/a Kathleen Ann Toombs, Louis Toombs, Manatee County, Florida, Mary L. Corrigan, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 23rd day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
