NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 30 June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000616 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Amelia Galan, Dora Rincon, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 30th of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
