UNIT 9, LAGUNA YACHT VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS OF BOOK 1673, COMMENCING AT PAGE 5669, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 30, PAGES 27 AND 28, INCLUISVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS COUNTY OF MANATEE, STATE OF FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
