JOHN DOE, said John Doe being a
fictitious name signifying any unknown party(ies) in possession under unrecorded leases or otherwise;

NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, for Re-Establishment of Lost Loan Instrument, and for Foreclosure of Security Interest, entered in this action on June 1, 2015, in favor of Plaintiff, Branch Banking and Trust Company, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on July 31, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., the following described property and all improvements thereon:
Lot 3, Block 7 and the Westerly 20 feet of Lot 2, Block 7 of that certain subdivision known as EAST FORT MYERS TRAVERS AND HENDRY'S SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 32, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
LESS AND EXCEPT therefrom a parcel described as follows: Beginning at the steel pin marking the Northwest corner of said Lot 3, run East along the North line of said lot for 20 feet to a concrete monument; thence deflect 87º 03' 55” to the right and run Southerly for 109.75 feet to a concrete monument on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 3; thence deflect 152º 55' 05” to the right and run Northwesterly along said Southwesterly line for 52.59 feet to a steel pin; thence run Northerly along the West line of said lot for 64.33 feet to the Point of Beginning.
ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT that portion land described in Official Records Book 2072, Page 756, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
