NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2015, entered in Case No. 15-CA-050352 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Argent Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-W5 is the Plaintiff and Ryan Ricketts; Unknown Spouse of Ryan Ricketts are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the September 28, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1, UNIT 1, EAST 1/2 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
