YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a Homeowner 's Association assessment Claim of Lien on the following property owned by you and located in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 54, GATEWAY PHASE 21, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 58, Page(s) 60-62, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Subject to all reservations, covenants, conditions, restrictions and easements of record and to all applicable zoning ordinances and/or restrictions imposed by governmental authorities, if any. Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any way appertaining. Parcel ID # 01-45-25-21-00000.0540
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Christopher B. O'Connell, Esquire, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 2030 McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33901 on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published one time per week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
