NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09 CA 055179 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES FHAMS 2006-AA6 is the Plaintiff and NIENAS, CYNTHIA, NIENAS, MICHAEL, USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK F/K/A USAA FSB, JOHN DOE 1, and JANE DOE 1 the Defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 AM on 12 day August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
