Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-50382 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 30 day of July, 2015 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
A tract or parcel of land situated in the State of Florida, County of Lee, Section 6, Township 46 South, Range 24 East, being a part of Lot 2 and a part of Lot 3, Block 2 of E. P. Bates' Pine Ridge Truck Farms (recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page 68 of the Public Records of said Lee County)) and further bounded and described as follows:
Starting at the Northeast corner of said Section 6; thence S00°38'50” E along the East line of said Section 6 and the centerline of Pine Ridge Road for 857.59 feet; thence N89°53'20” W for 33.00 feet to the west right-of-way line of said Pine Ridge Road and the Point of Beginning of the herein described parcel; thence continue N89°53'20” W for 1279.73 feet to an intersection with the Westerly line of said Lot 3; thence N00°28'40” W along the westerly line of said Lot 3 and said Lot 2 for 246.60 feet; thence S89°53' 00”E for 1279.00 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of said Pine Ridge Road; thence S00°38'50”E along said Westerly right-of-way for 246.48 feet to the Point of Beginning.
