Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 2 day of July, 2015, and entered in case No. 15-CC-00005 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COLONNADE AT THE FORUM HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, DAWN ROBINSON AND JASON HAYNER, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of August, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 285, Block G, of COLONNADE AT THE FORUM, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 79, at pages 72 through 83, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
