NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-CA-050086 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE” ), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and EILEEN RODRIGUEZ, INDIVIDUALLY AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF NELVIS RODRIGUEZ A/K/A NELVIS JAMES RODRIGUEZ, DECEASED; NELVIS JAMES RODRIGUEZ JR. A/K/A NELVIS J. RODRIGUEZ JR.; NICHOLAS ANDREW RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A YAROL FLORES; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2 A/K/A ROXANA ROJAS, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 30 day of November, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 47 AND 48, BLOCK 3052, UNIT 62, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 21 THROUGH 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
