NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2014, and entered in 12-CA-057404 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE SASCO 2006-BC4 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and MELODY TUCKER A/K/A MELODY JANE TUCKER; DEWAYNE TUCKER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on AUGUST 26, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
