NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 17, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. via the internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with ยง45.031, Florida Statutes, the undersigned Clerk will
offer for sale the following described real property:
Unit D of Building 218, Beacon Lakes Condominium 5-B, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 783, Pages 172 through 252, and all amendments thereto, if any, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with the undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CC-2910 now pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida.
