Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 30, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 43, OF SAN CLEMENTE EAST, UNIT 1, SAID LOT AND SUBDIVISION BEING NUMBERED AND DESIGNATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION WHICH APPEARS OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6815 TIERRA LINDA ST, PORT RICHEY, FL 34668; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 19, 2015 at 11:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
