NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of June, 2015, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 51-2013-CA-002457, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 36, 37 AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 38, ANCLOTE RIVER ESTATES, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
