DESAI; THE VILLAS CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A REANA HARRIS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A KIMBERLY THORNTON are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 7/28/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 3-18078, THE VILLAS CONDOMINIUMS ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15349, PAGE 568, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
