Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 23, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 2, BLOCK 17, LAKE FOREST UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 14649 LAKE FOREST DRIVE, LUTZ, FL 33559; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on August 11, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
