NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 09, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-001873 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-WF1 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL D. DIAMOND A/K/A MICHAEL DIAMOND; MABEL L. BONNER A/K/A MABEL BONNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MABEL L. BONNER A/K/A MABEL BONNER; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 8/5/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 9, RUN THENCE SOUTH 2 DEGRESS 29'02” EAST ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 9, 142.26 FEET, THENCE NORTH 87 DEGREES 30'58” EAST 84.75 FEET TOT HE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 9, THENCE NORTH 1 DEGREE 34'10” WEST, ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 9, 63.61 FEET TO THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT, THENCE NORTH 49 DEGREES 57'12” WEST ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 9, 116.37 FEET TO POINT-OF-BEGINNING.
