NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 09, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-001873 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-WF1 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL D. DIAMOND A/K/A MICHAEL DIAMOND; MABEL L. BONNER A/K/A MABEL BONNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MABEL L. BONNER A/K/A MABEL BONNER; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 8/5/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
