CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 4303, LAKE FOREST CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6000, PAGE 1082, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE 52, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
