NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-000743-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THORNBURG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-6, is Plaintiff and THOMAS C. ALEXANDER, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 30th day of July 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
All that certain parcel of land situate in the County of Pinellas and State of Florida being the same property conveyed to Lot 174, Woodgate of Countryside Unit One, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 70, Page 13 and 14, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 2479 Moorehaven Dr W, Clearwater, FL 33763
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
