NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 16, 2015 in Case No.: 15-001283-CI pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the following property, situated in Pinellas County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Unit 42, Building F, Bay Point Plaza Apartments, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3153, Page 534, and as amended, and Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 56, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

The Clerk of Circuit Court will sell the property all at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 6, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
