NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 9th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 522012CA004755XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein TAYLOR BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORP, is Plaintiff and LESLIE DALE HOLLAND A/K/A LESLIE HOLLAND; ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 5th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 90.00 FEET OF THE EAST 270.48 FEET OF THE SOUTH 67.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 134.00 FEET OF BLOCK 144, OF THE UNRECORDED MAP OF THE TOWN OF SUTHERLAND, LYING IN THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALL IN THE TOWN OF SUTHERLAND ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF FILED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, AND AT O.R. BOOK 5773, PAGES 605 AND 606, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
