NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 20th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-11957-CI-08, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and HARRY AUGUSTIN; ELSIE M AUGUSTIN A/K/A ELSIE AUGUSTIN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of July, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 98, LAKEWOOD ESTATES SECTION “D”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
