NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 23, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014-009045-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, St. Petersburg, Florida, wherein GTE Federal Credit Union dba GTE Financial is Plaintiff and Ryan L. Peterson, et al, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of August, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 24.00 FEET OF LOT 13 AND THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION OF LOT 14, MERLIN HEIGHTS, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 91, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORDER OF LOT 13 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 33 MINUTES 52 SECONDS WEST 58.44 FEET; THENCE NORTH 79 DEGREES 49 MINUTES 16 SECONDS EAST 103.56 FEET; THENCE TO A CURVE TO THE RIGHT, ARC 18.74 FEET, RADIUS 100.00 FEET, NORTH 4 DEGREES 38 MINUTES 26 SECONDS WEST CHORD 18.72 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 52 MINUTES EAST 20.6 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 33 MINUTES 17 SECONDS WEST 100.00 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LINE 13 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
