Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem, dated June 19, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 12-010015-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF FRANCES M. HASSLER A/K/A FRANCES HASSLER, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 13, BLOCK 6, RIO VISTA, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 48, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 19th day of October, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
