NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2015, and entered in 12-007068-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB N/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and ROLAND BROWN, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MARY L. BROWN A/K/A MARY LOUISE BROWN, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ROWLAND BROWN are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 27, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, MARTIN TERRACE 2ND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
