NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 17 of OAK LAKE PARK I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 4426, Page 1400, et seq., and as amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 22, Page 119, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1960 Union St. #17, Clearwater, Florida 33763
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 14, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
