Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 26, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THE NORTH 42.67 FEET OF THE SOUTH 69.07 FEET OF LOT 6, BROOKFIELD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3088 PEPPERWOOD LN, CLEARWATER, FL 33761; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on August 31, 2015 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
