NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-008671-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MONASHWARDUTT SANKAR; WELLS FARGO BANK, N. A. SUCCESSOR TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; WESTOVER HILLS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA CORP.; PARBATIE SANKAR; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 28th day of July, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, WESTOVER HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 96, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
