NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2015 and entered in Civil Case No 2008-CA-025824-33 of the NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CIVIL DIVISION, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-IM1 is Plaintiff and stephen mcmurtrey; unknown spouse of stephen mcmurtrey if any; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; cypress fairway condominium association, inc.; mortgage electronic registration systems, inc.; john doe and jane doe as unknown tenants in possession, are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, AT 11:00 AM on September 9, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 9107, cypress fairway condominium, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium recorded february 18, 2005 in official records book 7837, pages 0530 through 0616, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, public records of orange county, florida, together with all appurtenances thereto and an undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium as set forth in said declaration.
Any personS claiming an interest in this surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
