NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10 June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013CA-006536 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for EMC Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-B, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-B, is the Plaintiff and Dunson Hills Homeowners Association, Inc., Jennifer Hanley, Michael Hanley, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 10th of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
