NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 22, 2015 entered in Civil Case No.: 53-2012CA-6582 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein BRITTON UNLIMITED, LLC a Florida limited liability company is the Plaintiff, and TENESA R. JOHNSON as PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ALONZO BROWN is the Defendant, BRITTON UNLIMITED, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, will sell to the highest and best bidder online at 10:00 a.m. at www.polk.realforeclose.com on August 21, 2015 the property set forth in said Final Judgment and described as:
Lot 6 and 7 less 25 feet for road a/k/a 1225 North Lincoln Avenue, Block H, Adaire Addition, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 13 of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
