NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10 June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA-003997-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificate Holders of the CWALT-INC., Alternative Loan Trust 2004-32CB Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2004-32CB, is the Plaintiff and Avatar Properties, Inc., d/b/a Solivita Club, Catherine Palovich, Corporate Professional Resources, LLC, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Bank, a division of Treasury Bank, N.A., Solvita Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 10th of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
