NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 25 June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-000344-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which PHH Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Jose A. Moura, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 10th of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
