NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10 June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA-004514-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon, FKA The Bank of New York, as successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. FKA JPMorgan Chase Bank, as successor in interest to Bank One, N.A., as Trustee for CSFB Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-21, is the Plaintiff and Luz Marina Arismendi a/k/a Luz M. Arismendi, Polk County Tax Collector, Unknown Party #1 nka Corey Torres, Unknown Party #2 nka Sasha Bastida, West Haven Homeowner's Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 10th of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
