NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2015, and entered in 2014CA-002621-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION(“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and MARY ALICE HOLLEY A/K/A MARY HOLLEY; MARY ALICE HOLLEY A/K/A MARY HOLLEY, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MONA JACKSON A/K/A MONA M. JACKSON; WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; LAKE BENTLEY SHORES, INC are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 31, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. N-1, BUILDING 'N” OF LAKE BENTLEY SHORES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED MAY 4, 1981 IN OR BOOK 2013, PAGES 2242 TO 2313, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL OF ITS APPURTANCENCES ACCORDING TO SAID DECLARATION AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 33 TO 40 INCLUSIVE, AFORESAID PUBLIC RECORDS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
