NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-000242-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and David W. Crocker, Erica H. Crocker, Unknown Party #3 N/K/A Willie Walker, Unknown Party #1 nka Justin Crocker , Unknown Party #2 nka Lisa Griffis, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 10th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
