NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 7, 2015 and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-002911 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-G is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST FRANK YACONETTI, DECEASED; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE FRANK YACONETTI, AS SELF-TRUSTEE UNDER AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 2,2003; KRISTINE RENEE YACONETTI A/K/A KRISTINE R. YACONETTI A/K/A KRISTINE RENEE PESHUT, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF FRANK YACONETTI, DECEASED; KRISTINE RENEE YACONETTI A/K/A KRISTINE R. YACONETTI A/K/A KRISTINE RENEE PESHUT, AS THE SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE FRANK YACONETTI TRUST AGREEEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 2, 2003.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 9 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
