NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7 day of July, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13003137CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and FLORENCE A NELSON; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 21 day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN CITY OF PORT CHARLOTTE IN THE COUNTY OF CHARLOTTE AND STATE OF FLORIDA AND BEING DESCRIBED IN A DEED DATED 01/10/1995 AND RECORDED 01/17/1995 IN BOOK 1383 PAGE 488 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 6, BLOCK 345, PORT CHARLOTTE SECTION 21, PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 12.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
