NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2015, and entered in 14000400CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB N/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A., is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DONALD F. PEAKE A/K/A DONALD PEAKE; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE DONALD PEAKE LIVING TRUST; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE DONALD PEAKE LIVING TRUST; SHELIA L. PEAKE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s).
