(Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and PAULETTE THERMIDOR A/K/A PAULETTE B. THERMIDOR; BERTHONY THERMIDOR; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; BURNT STORE MEADOWS PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A IMA BENOIT are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 29th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
