NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 1, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 004321, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE RELATING TO THE CHEVY CHASE FUNDING, LLC MORTGAGE BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES, 2004-4, LEONARD KABAT and HARRIET KABAT are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 5 day of August, 2015, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statues, The Foreclosure Sales may be held Monday through Thursday at 11:00 A.M. in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT G-4 OF SAN MARCO VILLAS I. CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDO THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1120, AT PAGE 850, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FL.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
