NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2011 in the above action, the Collier County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier County, Florida, on August 5, 2015, 11:00 a.m., in person on the third floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, FL 34112 for the following described property:
ALL THE CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF COLLIER AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 36, UNIT 64, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
